- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the HR recruitment industry
- Preferably from a recruitment agency background
- Able to bring in new key account while maintaining the existing key account
- Must have the knowledge and the know how to source for high end candidate CVs
- Compile regular management report to the Board of Management
- Able to work under pressure
- Independent and hardworking with minimum supervision
- Must be willing to travel as necessary
